1. Who we are

Artgasm (the “Store”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is an online store operated by Lans Multimedia, a company registered in Ghana. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://artgasm.store and any purchase you make through it.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing the Store, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Payments & Safety guide. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and lawfully yours to provide.

4. Products & descriptions

We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately. However, colours, textures, and finishes may appear differently across screens and devices, and we cannot guarantee that your device's display will be exact.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time, without notice.

5. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Ghanaian cedis (GHS) unless stated otherwise. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. In the rare case of a pricing error, we may cancel and refund an order rather than fulfil it at the incorrect price.

6. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is only confirmed once we accept it and payment is received. We may refuse or cancel an order where:

• the product is unavailable;
• there is a pricing or description error;
• the payment is flagged as fraudulent or reversed;
• the order violates these Terms or applicable law.

7. Payments

All payments are processed securely by Paystack and received by Lans Multimedia — the only entity authorized to receive money for an Artgasm order. We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), Apple Pay (iOS/Safari), mobile money, bank transfer, and USSD. Settlements are made in Ghanaian cedis (GHS).

We never see or store your full card details. If you are ever asked to pay someone other than Lans Multimedia for an Artgasm order, do not proceed — see our Payments & Safety page.

8. Digital goods

Digital products (templates, digital assets, wallpapers, digital art, and similar) are delivered instantly, worldwide, once payment is confirmed. Download links are available by email and inside your account.

Because digital goods are delivered in full at the moment of purchase, they are non-refundable once downloaded, except where required by law or in cases of proven non-delivery. If you have trouble accessing your purchase, contact us and we will make it right.

9. Shipping of physical goods

Physical goods (apparel, framed décor, prints) ship within Accra and neighboring regions in Ghana. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. International shipping of physical goods is available on request only — additional charges apply, and delivery takes longer. Please reach out via our contact page before ordering from outside the region.

10. Returns

Returns of physical goods are governed by our Returns policy. Digital goods are governed by the section above. If you believe you received an incorrect or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

11. Intellectual property

All content on the Store — including designs, artwork, photographs, templates, digital assets, text, and the Artgasm name and logo — is owned by or licensed to Lans Multimedia, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Digital goods you purchase are licensed to you for personal or commercial use by a single end user, unless otherwise stated at the point of sale. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or claim authorship of any Artgasm digital good. Physical goods are sold for personal enjoyment — no design rights transfer with the sale.

12. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for fraud or abuse.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artgasm and Lans Multimedia are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Store, including lost profits, lost downloads, or lost opportunity. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under Ghanaian consumer law that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Store at any time for conduct that breaches these Terms, harms other users, or exposes us to legal risk. You may stop using the Store at any time.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Store shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Store after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
