Artgasm is an online store operated by Lans Multimedia, a company registered in Ghana. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit https://artgasm.store, create an account, or place an order.

Lans Multimedia is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

• Payment information — processed and held by Paystack, our payment provider. We never see or store full card details or mobile money credentials.

• Communication — messages you send through our contact form or by email.

• Paystack — payment processing. Your payment details are handled directly by Paystack.
• Neon — our secure database provider, where account and order records are stored.
• Cloudflare — hosting, security, and CDN for the Store.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (order confirmations, download links, contact replies).
• Google (GTM / Analytics) — optional analytics, loaded only with your consent.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

7. How long we keep your data

• Account data — kept while your account is active, and for a short period after deletion where required for legal or fraud purposes;
• Order data — kept for the period required by Ghanaian tax and accounting law (typically up to 6 years);
• Contact messages — kept for up to 24 months;
• Analytics — retained per the settings of the analytics tool, typically up to 14 months.

8. Your rights

We take security seriously. All traffic to and from the Store is encrypted over HTTPS. Account passwords are stored as secure hashes. Payment information is handled entirely by Paystack — we never see or store your full card details. Access to our database is restricted and audited.

No system is perfectly secure. If you ever suspect that your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

10. Children

The Store is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. International transfers

Some of our service providers operate outside Ghana, including in the European Union and the United States. Where personal information is transferred outside your country, we rely on the safeguards those providers have in place (such as standard contractual clauses) to keep your information protected.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. If the changes are significant, we will make that clear on the Store.
