How payments are processed

All payments are processed by Paystack, a licensed payments provider used across Africa. When you complete an order, you are redirected to Paystack's secure checkout to enter your payment details. Your card details and mobile money PIN are handled directly by Paystack — they never touch Artgasm's servers, and we never see or store them.

Once a payment is confirmed, Paystack settles the funds to Lans Multimedia. That is the only entity authorized to receive money for an Artgasm order.

Accepted payment methods

• Card — Visa, Mastercard, Verve. International cards accepted. American Express is available in select regions.
• Apple Pay — available on iOS and Safari browsers.
• Mobile Money — MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo.
• Bank Transfer — supported directly through Paystack.
• USSD — for customers who prefer to pay from a feature phone.

All settlements are made in Ghanaian cedis (GHS). International customers may pay with any supported card — their bank handles the conversion.

How to verify you're safe

Before entering any payment details, confirm:

• You are on artgasm.store, with the padlock icon in your browser's address bar.
• The checkout page you land on is hosted by Paystack (its domain will appear in the address bar when you are redirected).
• Any receipt, email, or confirmation you receive names Lans Multimedia as the merchant.

If any of the above is not true, do not continue. Close the page and contact us using the details on our contact page.

Refunds & disputes

Digital goods are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once downloaded, except where required by law or in cases of proven non-delivery. Physical goods are subject to our Returns policy.

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us first — we will work with Paystack to resolve it. If we cannot resolve it together, you may raise a dispute with your bank or with Paystack directly.

Fraud protection

Paystack monitors all transactions for fraud. Suspicious or unusual payments may be held for manual review — in those cases, we will reach out to verify before releasing the order. If a payment is reversed due to fraud, the associated order will be cancelled automatically.
